REFUND/CANCELLATION POLICY

It is responsibility of Evergreen Life Products to ensure that the products are free from defects and conform to the product specifications and standard in force. The guarantee is valid for a period of 30 days after delivery (excluding materials and accessories, promotional products).

Evergreen Life Products offers to its Independent Business Owners and Evergreen Customers the Money Back guarantee for 30 days from the delivery of the goods.

The Independent Business Owner has the right to obtain:

· The replacement of the defective product; or

· The refund for the total cancellation of the order.

Evergreen Life Products still must obtain evidence of the product defect through a notification to the carrier in charge of transport. It must also receive proper notice, proof of purchase and prompt return of the product. Evergreen Life Products reserves to object repeated returns of products.
